Worlds

Introduction

Check out universes within Numbers - lore, maps, worldbuilding, characters, and stories! Confused by any of the terms? Check out the Tidbits page, which contains useful links to useful descriptive pages!

You can click on the world's icon or name to be taken to its landing page. I know the Frag stuff isn't technically a "world", but... where else am I going to put them?

Outside Timelines

These entities persist in the void between Timelines, and are free to enter any Timeline they please (and leave, if they wish).

Magnitude Fragments

Magnitude Fragments

The primordial deities of the world, comprising the basic geometry upon all else is built. They persist in this world, observing and caring for the individual Timelines, where life has unfolded.

Fragments

Fragments

Tiny pieces of the creator deities, born when the world was first crafted. Though they argue amid personal ambition and struggle, a universal truth persists: all wish to preserve and care for Timelines.

Within Timelines

These entities live within small sections of Timelines, sequestered from one another. They follow the same overarching world rules and lore, but may have unique adaptations or changes that only apply to their own world.

Unless otherwise stated, all of these universes (as they're called) take place in the Main Timeline.

Flameverse

Flameverse

Powerful Flames imbue their wielders with unique and strange powers, but all pales in comparison to the greater machinations of the gods they worship. Such a mantle has been placed on Peaches, an illiterate farmboy-made-emperor and one of the gods' unwilling inheritors.

Well of Creation

Well of Creation

The Well of Creation at the center of the galaxy has long borne gods - Arcanas and Miras. After an experiment to prematurely pull forth a new Arcanas broke the Well, the true birth of the final god has shaken the world to its foundations.

Cities of Ash

Cities of Ash

The world, in shambles and splinters, has barely survived the apocalypse, heralded by the ritualistic hunting of gods. Now life writhes in the aftermath - as one of the hunters seeks redemption or damnation.

Myrme

Myrme

A world of Ants, shattered after the brutal massacre of an entire colony, an act of incomprehensible violence. Whispers abound of the reason behind such an attack, spearheaded by Ink Colony's young and ambitious leader - none guessing it is to force the gods' hands.

Seleighe

Seleighe

The rigid and religious society of the four Courts has ruled the world since the Highers unleashed judgment on the old civilization. Now, it struggles to adapt to the realization that outsiders have survived.

Dragonhost

Dragonhost

The World-Ender and Herald of Armageddon, Worm, defies their role and fate as spoken by the Source-All. They flee from their duty, stealing glances at the Heart of the World, and long to be capable of change.

Soleil

Soleil

Empires spanning galaxies depend on their life-giving stars to provide for them - but can only watch helplessly as espionage, politics, intrigue, and back-stabbing rule the Forum of the Celestials.

The House

The House

Deep within the woods of a cold, small world lies a quiet and weathered estate, filled with strange and cautious people from all walks of life and headed by a master who is not all what he seems.

Worlds Graveyard

These worlds are no longer in active development for various reasons, but may be referenced occasionally across the site, in stories, or in character bios, and are therefore given blurbs here. There is always a possibility they will be reworked or picked up again, but nothing is concrete.

Eucaritia

Year(s) Active: 2016-2018
A cyberpunk-esque world embroiled deeply in religious worship of its Harmonics, who won a war against the Chaotics eons ago. Its lesser gods struggle to unravel the depth of deception the Harmonics have immersed them in and navigate shadow corporations' dealings - most of which revolve around mysterious "Gladar".

Angiia

Year(s) Active: 2018-2019
Riddled with dozens of wars and struggle, the lesser gods of Angiia have agreed to lay down their arms and unite in peace - however tenuous. This peace is guided by the ritualistic farming of mortals for the "Feast" and the mythical veneration of the "Hunt" of the Harmonics and Chaotics, the cornerstones of their culture and ideals.

Azodia

Year(s) Active: 2018
The harvesting of metallic, magical 'stars' from the oceanic Starsea surrounding Azodia is a long-venerated tradition, with these powerful artifacts intimately fed to lesser gods. However, this ancient and adored ritual has been disrupted by a breach in the ever-present oppressive cloudcover hanging above the world, allowing the acidic, caustic waters of the sky-ocean to pour down, corrupting its land into decayed and putrid forms.

Lux

Year(s) Active: 2019
The apocalypse has come and gone, Lux's Gladar snuffing out the sun, razing the population to nothing, and filling the land with a torturous plague that infects through shadow and darkness. Still, life squirms in this deadened land, abandoned by its god and turning towards a new hope: Phosphorus Lux, forger of the new sun and beacon of hope for the remaining meager peoples, his City of Lux a relative heaven in the deep dark.
